Shipping and Delivery Policy
This document details the shipping and delivery policy that applies to customers purchasing from ‘Baytti.com’. This policy contains details about the delivery methods and charges applicable for orders made through the ‘Baytti.com’ website.
Order Delivery
All products purchased through the ‘Baytti.com’ website and those that are below 68 kgs in weight are shipped either by the Vendor directly or organized by Vendor via our shipping partner.
Order Tracking
- For Shipping Partner delivery, a confirmation email with tracking information will be issued once your product has been dispatched and the same shall be intimated to you on your registered email. You will be able to track your order on the website.
- For Vendor delivery, the same shall be notified via email and the items will be delivered to you directly.
Shipping Cost
The cost of shipping is determined by the weight and size of the product. This cost will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Timing
As a customer, you will see the product's estimated arrival date on the product page during the checkout process. Most orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days. Some items are ordered from manufacturers outside of the UAE and hence based on your confirmed order it could take up to 8 weeks. Such cases will be clearly identified and intimated to you at the checkout.
Vendor Charges
Certain vendors charge a flat fee for delivery to any location in the UAE, which shall be displayed during the checkout process.
Self Pick-up
The buyer has the option to pick-up their order directly from the store, saving money on delivery.
Note: For items above 68 kgs, ‘Baytti.com’ does not offer delivery support. The pick-up for such items will have to be organized by you or discussed offline with individual vendors.
